Terms of Service

CAS Connect provides a CAS workspace for IB Diploma students, an oversight dashboard for CAS coordinators, school showcase pages, and a verified coordinator network. Access is granted per school account.

• A school account is created for an IB World School or a school preparing for IB authorisation.
• Coordinators and admins are approved by the platform admin before they can see student data. Students join with a school join code, an invitation, or a school email domain.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing login credentials, or using the platform to manage people outside your school, is not permitted.

• Every school gets a 30-day free trial with the full feature set. No payment details are required to start.
• After the trial, the licence is €2,000 per school per year, billed annually — unlimited students, unlimited coordinators, no per-student charge and no tiers. Local VAT or equivalent may be added where it applies.
• We do not charge automatically after the trial ends; a school confirms the licence before any payment is taken.
• A school may cancel at any time. The account is then paused, and the data is retained for 90 days for export or restoration, then permanently deleted.

Schools and students keep ownership of everything they put in the platform. A school grants CAS Connect only the permission needed to display, back up and export that content for the school's own use. A school is responsible for having the right to publish the showcase material it posts.

Schools must obtain the consents required by their own policies and local law before publishing student names, photographs or project descriptions on a public showcase page. Students decide whether to share an experience with classmates at their own school; that choice can be reversed at any time.

Do not use the service to store unrelated personal data, to attempt to access another school's account or data, to upload malicious code, to scrape other users' information, or to send bulk marketing messages to students or coordinators. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.

The platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis, with help available by email to school administrators. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

CAS Connect is a workflow and showcase tool. It does not determine IB results, and it is not a substitute for the school's own CAS verification or for IB's requirements. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim is limited to the licence fees paid for the affected school term.
